Psychologist & Nature coach
From a young age, I dreamed of becoming a forest ranger. However, over the years my interests changed and I immersed myself in the world of psychology. After completing my Clinical Psychology degree at the Vrije Universiteit, I worked in a private practice and am currently working as an online psychologist. In my work, I use methods such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, elements from schema therapy and mindfulness.
As a nature psychologist, my passions for nature and psychology come together. I gain the most insights when I am in nature. This is where I find peace, creativity flows and problems get solved. I therefore prefer to use nature as a co-therapist.
